Hey, hope you like the Chai. Here are some tips: I have found that one jar makes about four cups, depending on your preferred strength.
Step 1: Add the tea Chai mix to a pot with some water. Simmer for a minimum of 15 minutes to release the flavours from the whole spices.
Step 2: Add your choice of milk. I like a mixture of cow and almond milk. I go for 2:1 milk to water ratio. Bring to the boil but don't burn it!
Step 3: Add a sweetener. Sugar or honey work well.
Step 4: Put the mixture through a muslin cloth or tea strainer - or into a tea pot
